Third time, actually! The first was with a subset of the Scrum Club (the group that puts on Scrum Con), which stretched over three sessions and covered most of the dungeon. The second was a four hour session at Gary Con. The con games were necessarily abbreviated but lots of fun. There are a few things to tweak but overall I was happy with how it ran each time.
Very cool...is this the first time you've run it for a group? Were you satisfied with the results?
